Anyone who has ever wanted a DECENT DIET to loose weight

I am sorry to break the news to the pro-ana people but ''fasting'' is not the way you are going to KEEP weight off. From experience i fasted for 2 months ! I fell with an eating disorder and was made to start eating again. 4 weeks later i was back up 9 stone!!!!! I had gained ALL the weight back on again in 4 WEEKS!!!!!!! So anyone who wants to start loosing whether they are FAT,OBESE,SKINNY please do not fast. I am not just saying this to you because it is't good for you. I am saying it because it is a WASTE OF TIME. You will be made to eat again and all your weight will EVENTUALLY go back on. I was 11 stone before i began to fast and i got down to 9 stone. I was 5"10 and looked AWFUL. Anyway my sister WAS overweight 6 weeks ago. She was 12 stone- weeks later she was 7 and a half and now she has been signed up with a job for a model. She doesnt have an eating disorder. She did the Bran Flake Diet and this is what made her loose all of that weight. She ate 1 SMALL bowl in the morning-1 piece of fruit for lunch-and another bowl in the evening. She didnt eat after 6 her bowels moved plenty of times due to the laxatives in the bran(which are good for you) and she drank 1 litre of water a day. She was never hungry and she said it was easy to stick. I wish i had have done that. I would have been her weight by now. Instead i decided to do it the hard way and fasted-ended up with an eating disorder and now im 9 stone-FATTER THAN her!! Take my advice even if you just do it for a couple of days to see if i am telling the truth! Good Luck
